Deposit & Hire Fees

A full deposit is required in advance for the Item(s).

The hire fee will be agreed upon on advance - this amount is then deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount is then refunded once the items have been returned and checked over.

​The condition of all items is described in detail on the listings, any flaws or damage will be mentioned. The items must be returned to us in the same condition as they are sent out in. This is what our deposit covers.

Reduced rates are available for those wishing to hire a significantly large amount of items, or for a prolonged period of time, please Contact Us to discuss.

Rental items can be returned early however you will not be refunded any additional money for a rental return, you can however extend your rental period by emailing us.

Hire & Postage Info

All items listed on our website are available to Hire on a weekly basis. The week begins once the item/s have been received by the customer. Items are posted to the customer and the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. Depending on the value and weight of the items. If the value is value is over £2500 multiple parcels will be posted to ensure all items are fully insured.

All UK rental items are shipped using Royal Mail special delivery and they are insured for the full deposit value of the items. Customer must pay shipping upfront, the cost of shipping slightly increases as more items are added. However ordering all of your items at once will cause savings on your shipping costs.

<£1500 = £14

<£2500 = £29

For deliveries over £2500 please contact us before ordering and we will arrange a further insured courier.

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and must be fully insured to the items total deposit value, not doing so is a breach of our contract and you will be charged. 

For overseas rentals you must contact us first as the price of shipping varies greatly when adding insurance to the postage, you are also liable to customs when we ship outside of the EU. We cannot mark items as gifts or lie regarding value on custom forms.​


Preparing orders for dispatch will take a few days as we have to delve into our archive, pick your items and prepare for shipping. If you need your items urgently please Contact Us before purchasing.

United Kingdom: 1-2 business days

Europe: 3-7 business days

Rest of the world : 7-10 business days


Customs and Import

Clients are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

All of our Shipping methods include Signed / Tracked Delivery, this means someone will need to be at the recipients address to sign for the item. Alternatively in some circumstances the receiver will be required to collect your parcel at your local depot, or re-arrange redelivery at your own convenience. 

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when you place your order.

We can only ship items to the address on the Invoice / Order.
